Lily Allen producers talk tech about music production on the Mac
London-based Apple Solutions Experts, Dreamtek, have announced a pro audio event, which will be held at Strongroom Bar, part of the Strongroom studio complex in central London on Tuesday 28th November.
Guests will include Future Cut and Mike Pelanconi — producers of Lily Allen's 'Smile' — who will demonstrate how the track was made using the Mac Pro and Logic.
Vocal techniques, plug-in tips and mixing methods will be discussed, and product demonstrations from UK distributors Sonic Distribution will include Waves' latest V-series plug-ins and Apogee's Ensemble and Symphony systems. Also on show will be the Focusrite Liquid Mix and Liquid Channel.
