Pro Tools Fast-track course at LMC
Leeds Media Centre have announced that they will begin hosting one-day 'fast-track' courses on Pro Tools LE.
The courses — which are aimed at people who are thinking about, or have just purchased, Pro Tools — are based around the M Box 2 and Pro Tools LE software.
The course runs on either Friday 9th November or Saturday 10th November. Exact dates depends on the number who enroll. To apply, see the application form on the LMC web site for details.
The course covers the following topics:
• Digidesign hardware setup
• Setting up a Pro Tools session
• Pro Tools sequencer configuration and layout
• Recording audio into Pro Tools
• Editing audio and using effects
• Bouncing to a stereo file and producing a CD
The course costs just £120, and includes lunch!
