eMasters launch social networking site
With much of the industry relying on web-based social networking sites, eMasters has created its own, and it's dedicated to the home studio user. My Bedroom Studio contains what you'd normally expect from a multimedia site: videos, member profiles, and most importantly, a user forum. Here, members chat about all things techy, share useful tips and bounce ideas around.
But why not stick to Myspace? Well, as eMasters engineer, Streaky, points out, "Myspace can be great, but it's grown out of control". [What engineers need is] a community of like-minded people with a shared interest, [which also] hopefully avoids all the spam you get cluttering up other networks".
