It’s clearly been a busy start to 2026 for Neve, who will have not one, but three new products taking pride of place on their NAMM booth. First up is the 1073DPX-D, a dual-channel version of their 1073 preamp and audio interface combo; the 88R LBEQ follows, delivering a 500-series version of their flagship console’s EQ section; and finally, the StarNet ADA24 provides the high-end studio, broadcast, live sound and post-production market with a mastering-grade Dante equipped converter system.
1073DPX-D
The 1073DPX-D combines functionality of the dual-channel 1073DPX with the built-in audio interface found in the 1073SPX-D. The unit combines the iconic sound of the 1073 with high-performance A-D/D-A conversion and USB interfacing, enabling users to record, process, and monitor via USB or ADAT.
The 1073DPX-D offers the same features as its standard counterpart, with gain taken care of by a stepped Elma switch, while automatic input-stage selection and three transistor-based gain stages provide everything from clean tones to musical saturation across mic, line and instrument inputs. The inductor EQ then offers three musical bands with carefully chosen frequencies, smooth ±16 dB shelves, ±18 dB mid peaking and a selectable high-pass filter.

Following on from the launch of the 88R LBC, the 88R LBEQ packs the four-band parametric EQ section from their flagship console into a single-slot 500-series module. The new arrival promises to deliver true console-grade flexibility thanks to its ±20 dB gain per band, extensive frequency overlap and smoothly adjustable Q, and of course, when used alongside the 88R LB and 88R LBC modules, the module allows engineers to create a fully authentic 88RS signal chain within their 500-series chassis.

Aimed at high-end studio, broadcast, live sound and post-production duties, the unit has been developed in collaboration with some of the world’s most respected facilities and promises to meet the highest standards of transparency, reliability, and performance.
