New bug-reporting forum
The SOS web site is currently undergoing essential maintenance, which for a short time may cause problems for visitors. For this reason, we have opened a new SOS Support forum (accessible via the Forum Index page) to allow site users to report any bugs and glitches that may arise. If you notice anything on the site that isn’t working as it should, please use this new forum to bring it to our attention.
