Trinnov Audio have announced that the latest addition to their range of room-correction hardware, the NOVA, will now benefit from an extended five-year warranty period. The company say that the decision underscores their profound confidence in the system’s reliability, as well as their dedication to providing products designed for long-term performance.
Trinnov have stated that beyond the legal warranty period of two years, the five-year warranty extension will only be valid in the country of original purchase. This excludes cross-border purchases (those made in a country different from the one where the warranty has been claimed). The warranty date starts on the date of purchase, and can be activated by presenting a purchase invoice dated less than five years old at the time of the claim.
The warranty extension is retroactive, meaning that all NOVA users are set to benefit from warranty, including early customers whose warranty was about to expire in a few days!
