Analogue-modelling synth available to buy

French soft-synth makers Xils have announced that their PolyKB virtual instrument, which we first reported back in March, is now available to buy.
A recreation of the rare RSF Polykobol, the synth uses complex mathematics (band-limited impulse trains, to be precise) to model the original’s continuous oscillator blend function. You can buy Xils’ PolyKB from www.audiomidi.com, www.novamusik.com or www.keyfax.com for 149 Euros. Alternatively, you can get it from Xils’ own on-line shop, which you’ll find on their web site, below.
