Antares have announced the release of version 10.1 of Auto-Tune Pro X, which will introduce ARA2 support for Logic Pro X and Studio One.
With the arrival of the update, the company’s flagship pitch-correction software will now benefit from the improved efficiency offered by the ARA2 plug-in extension, which allows plug-ins and DAWs to instantly exchange data such as pitch, tempo, and rhythm information. This removes the need for audio files to be transferred to the Auto-Tune Pro X plug-in for analysis, instead allowing users to move through their timeline and make edits directly within the plug-in.
Anteres say that they are planning on introducing the feature to other DAWs in future updates.
Pricing & Availability
The update is available now, and is free for existing users. For those wishing to purchase Auto-Tune Pro X, it is currently available either as part of Antares’ Auto-Tune Unlimited subscription service (priced at $24.99 per month, or $174.99 per year if paid annually), or as an individual perpetual licence, which costs $459.
