Antares release AutoTune 2026

New, streamlined vocal-tuning tool announced

Antares AutoTune 2026 pitch-correction plug-in

There are few plug-ins that have had the long-lasting impact enjoyed by Antares’ flagship vocal-tuning tool, and the latest version promises to continue the trend. AutoTune 2026 not only introduces a new version of the ever-popular processor, but sees the company restructure the overall line-up.

With the launch of the latest member of the AutoTune family, Antares have retired AutoTune Artist and AutoTune Access, with users now able to choose between two options. The newly introduced AutoTune 2026 offers a streamlined experience with real-time pitch-correction, while AutoTube Pro 11 delivers a more in-depth and customisable variant thanks to its Graph Mode and detailed manual tuning controls. Both are powered by the same algorithm.

Antares say that the latest arrival has been built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of today’s creators, and represents the most significant update in the software’s history. AutoTune 2026 employs the same legendary algorithm, but with a redesigned, more intuitive user interface and some significant performance improvements — the latest version claims up to 35% greater CPU efficiency when working at 48kHz. Helpfully, a Low Latency mode is included for live performances or monitoring purposes whilst tracking, while High Quality mode offers the best possible processing fidelity at the expense of increased latency.

A Modern Mode includes some advanced controls such as Flex Tune and Humanize, offering precise control over more natural-sounding pitch-correction, with a new visual feedback display indicating how much vibrato and pitch variation is being applied by the Flex Tune process. Those in search of the iconic hard-tuned effect can switch to Classic Mode, which recreates the ever-popular robotic character offered by AutoTune 5.

AutoTune 2026 comes complete with an extensive library of presets created by Grammy-winning producers and chart-topping artists, including multi-platinum producer Zedd (known for hits like 'Clarity' and 'The Middle'), Grammy-winning engineer DJ Swivel (The Chainsmokers, Beyoncé), Latin Grammy winner T rooko (Bad Bunny, Residente), multi-platinum hip hop producer Major Seven (Rihanna, Jay-Z, Future), five-time Grammy-nominated mixer and producer Jean-Marie Horvat (The Weeknd, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake) and more.

“AutoTune has always been more than a plug-in — it’s a cultural instrument. We’ve taken what artists love about AutoTune and rebuilt it for a new generation of creators. Faster, more intuitive and ready for wherever music is headed next.” - Jeff Wright, CEO, Antares
