Update corrects potential problems with the XSKey
The XSKey Updater tool is available to download from the Apple web site now.
An XSKey USB dongle, a copy-protection device developed by Emagic, is required to run Logic Pro or Waveburner Pro. However, the data stored on the XSKey can sometimes get inadvertently changed. This can cause the XSKey to behave erratically or not be recognised at all, leaving users unable to access their software.
The XSKey Updater can analyse the XSKey and correct these issues in most cases, in addition to updating the device's firmware.
You can download XSKey Updater here. Though Apple say that the Updater is not generally necessary, it's better to be safe than sorry!
