Native Instruments announce a brand new version of their enormous Komplete collections — Komplete 11 — boasting a greater breadth and depth of virtual instruments and effects than ever before. This time, there are three different offerings: Komplete 11 Select, Komplete 11 and Komplete 11 Ultimate. All are available as downloads and the latter two can both now be purchased pre-loaded on to a hard drive for easy installation. Komplete 11 Select (€199$199), a brand new and more affordable bundle, comes loaded on to a USB thumb drive with eleven instruments ranging from synths and pianos to drums and percussion. Included with this new gateway package are stalwart synths Massive and Monark and two essential effects, the Replika delay and Solid Bus Compressor.
The standard Komplete 11 (€599$599) adds seven new instruments for a total of 45 products including Una Corda, the recently overhauled Reaktor 6 and brand-new sample-based synthesizer Form. Form uses a sample as its primary oscillator and is designed for innovative sound design. It’s also included in Komplete 11 Ultimate (€1199$1199) which adds 13 new products including Symphony Essentials, Flesh and Emotive Strings for a total of 87 products.
All Komplete 11 collections will be available from September 1, and come with Komplete Kontrol software with ‘Smart Play’ features and a unified browsing experience that integrates with NI hardware. Discounts for upgrading customers will also be available.
