If you originally purchased your app subscription from Apple you must contact them.
To cancel your subscription and get a refund, you'll need to contact Apple directly and get the refund from them.

Not all ads get published - we reject plenty. Perhaps your ad did not meet one of our submission rules, and so it was not published?
