Ian Boddy and Nigel Mullaney have been musical partners for many years both in Boddy’s ambient DiN label and in co-writing tracks for TV, film and documentaries for DeWolfe Music.
Driven by a passion for sonic exploration and live performance they are once again combining forces with a stunning analogue modular live show. Eschewing the safety net of using laptops on stage the duo will use a huge arsenal of modern & vintage modular synthesizers alongside sequencers and drum machines to create an organic, ever evolving soundscape.
Whilst the banks of analogue machinery with their flashing lights and myriad patch cables present a sci-fi like presence the duo, with all their years of musical know how, will be coaxing a very musical and emotional sonic experience from the banks of equipment. No two performances will ever be the same in what will be an evening not to be missed for all lovers of electronic and ambient music.
