Devious Machines have announced the release of a new expansion pack that brings a versatile collection of volume-shaping effects to their Infiltrator 2 multi-effects plug-in. Named Rhythmic Gates, the new pack includes 119 presets that cater to a whole host of musical genres including drum and bass, techno, house and trance.
The company say that the pack provides users with everything they need to start with a range of tried and tested gated patterns that form a major part of electronic music, and then progress to more unusual and intricate effects. A variety of different patterns and articulations are included, with the content steadily increasing in complexity as well as taking full advantage of Infiltrator 2’s effects modules. Each preset comes kitted out with a set of powerful macro controls, providing users with a quick and intuitive way to manipulate the included patterns.
