Nomad Factory have just announced the official release of Blue Tubes v4, a complete modernisation of their long-standing Blue Tubes plug-in series.
Originally introduced more than 25 years ago, Blue Tubes has built up a solid reputation for its analogue-inspired processing and strong musical character. With the launch of the latest update, the entire collection has been rebuilt from the ground up to meet current production standards, while still preserving the sound and workflow that made the series so successful.
What’s New?
As before, the collection includes a total of 19 processors, covering a wide range of tasks including equalisation, dynamics, modulation, saturation, delay and stereo imaging. Take a look at the list below to see what’s changed in v4.

Compatibility
Blue Tubes v4 is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or later, and Macs running macOS 11 and above. VST, VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.

Blue Tubes v4 is available now, and is a free update for existing users. To celebrate its launch, Nomad Factory are offering a 70% discount across all of their upgraded products until 3 March 2026, meaning that new licenses for Blue Tubes v4 are currently (24 February 2026) available for $159 rather than $499.
