Free version of popular scoring tool arrives

Sonuscore The Orchestra Elements free all-in-one orchestral sample library scoring tool

Sonuscore’s The Orchestra is a powerful scoring tool that combines a vast collection of orchestral samples with the company’s Ensemble Engine, offering a quick and simple way for composers to create complex arrangements. It’s already become a popular choice among professionals, and now, Sonuscore have created a free version in the form of The Orchestra Elements

The new release includes a curated selection of instruments from the full version, allowing beginners to take their first steps into orchestral scoring. A set of 30 preset ensembles are included — 23 string, eight brass and eight woodwind articulations, along with a harp and choir — and are complemented by an intuitive, user-friendly interface that’s been designed by composers and will appeal to beginners and pros alike. The underlying Ensemble Engine uses a collection of arpeggiators and velocity envelopes to create sophisticated arrangements from simple chords, making it easier than ever for users to create new music for TV, films or games as well as enhancing their existing productions.

The Orchestra Elements runs in Native Instruments’ Kontakt or Kontakt Player versions 6.7.1 or higher, which are supported on PCs running Windows 10 and above, and Macs running macOS 12 or higher. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.
