Strymon have released updated versions of six of their popular effects pedals, bringing new MIDI functionality and added controls to the popular units. New and improved next-generation versions of the blueSky, El Capistan, Flint, Deco, DIG, and Lex are now available directly from Strymon or through authorised dealers.
This newly updated range features added controls for each pedal, full MIDI implementation that allows for control over all of each device’s parameters and the capability to store up to 300 presets. Hardware upgrades have also been made, such as an external input switch to select either a mono or TRS stereo input, along with an all-analogue JFET front end that Strymon say provides increased responsiveness and dynamic feel.
Check out the video below, where Strymon’s Sean Halley walks though the updates and gives a demonstration of each pedals capability.
All of the pedals are available now, with pricing available on the Strymon website or through your local Strymon dealer.
