Unique Beats Electronica Festival

Scottish retailers Red Dog Music have announced that, following the success of last year’s event, they will be holding their second Unique Beats Electronica Festival at the Roxy Art House in Edinburgh, on 24th April. There will be live music, workshops, and gear demonstrations, and attendees will get the chance to win over £1000 worth of gear, including a Moog Theremin, a Novation Launchpad, and a copy of Ableton Live.Unique Beats Electronica Festival

Manufacturers exhibiting at the festival include Akai, Korg, Roland, Nord and Yamaha, to name but a few, so the event should provide plenty of opportunity for synth-tickling. Indeed, should you find your fancy tickled by one of the products on display, Red Dog Music say that punters will get the chance to buy some of the gear there at special festival prices.

There will also be entertainment, in the form of live music performances by such electronic music artists as Anchorsong, Engine 7 and Tokyo Knife Attack, among others. A Limited number of early-bird tickets are available now for £7, while tickets purchased at the door will cost £10.
