Audiomovers have just announced the release of a significant update to their innovative high-quality audio-streaming application and plug-in suite.
With the latest version installed, LISTENTO Pro users can now transmit up to 128 channels of lossless audio — a substantial increase from the previous limit of 16 — making it the ideal solution for high-channel-count applications such as immersive audio, scoring sessions and other large-scale productions. a new multi-stream receiving functionality allows users to simultaneously ingest up to four LISTENTO streams within a single session. Along with a combined maximum of 128 channels, this allows for seamless, real-time collaboration between multiple contributors in complex remote environments. Another headline feature is that the application now supports sample rates up to 384kHz rather than the previous version’s 192kHz.

Audiomovers have also introduced a new local video player that enables precise synchronisation between video and incoming audio streams, offering a powerful solution for remote post-production tasks — LISTENTO automatically generates timecode from the incoming audio, simplifying real-time spotting, scoring and approval processes. There’s also a new Guest Pass functionality that allows LISTENTO Pro users to invite clients or collaborators to stream audio back to them for up to three hours without requiring a login or setup.

Integrated Talkback and Listenback features allow for seamless, two-way communication directly within the LISTENTO application, eliminating the need for third-party comms tools, while a built-in Monitor Mixer feature provides comprehensive control over levels, pan, mute, solo, and metering for both transmitted and received streams. Additionally, an ABCD Audio File Player enables effortless comparisons between four mix or arrangement versions mid-stream.
Compatibility
LISTENTO is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or above, and Macs running macOS 11 and higher. Core Audio, ASIO and WASAPI audio drivers are supported.

LISTENTO is available now, with subscription plans starting at $99 per year for LISTENTO Basic, $199 per year for LISTENTO Pro and $275 per year for LISTENTO Business. The update is free to existing users.
