This file starts with the ribbon mic connected direct to the M-Audio interface with maximum mic gain. The second part of the file is the same mic via the Cloudlifter with the interface adjusted to give the same sensitivity. Both files boosted by 30dB to make the result audible. This was just quiet room ambience at opposite end of the room to the computer. It is easy to spot which is which!
