KIT Plugins have just introduced two new plug-ins that will be available as standalone products, or part of the subscription service they launched in late 2024. The NOIZ Hub C Series includes C-66 and C-54, a pair of simple compressors that draw inspiration from the company’s BB F66 and BB N54 plug-ins.
KIT say that the latest additions to the NOIZ Hub range have been designed with speed and simplicity in mind, and aim to deliver professional-sounding results without the need to navigate complex settings. The bulk of the work is carried out by a single Amount control, while a selection of three operating modes adjust a range of behind-the-scenes parameters to provide users with a range of compression styles. Some further fine-tuning is provided by low- and high-pass side-chain filters, a mix control and input/output trims. As with the fully-featured processors that inspired them, C-66 is said to offer a “smooth, musical glue”, while C-54 delivers some “punch and aggression”.
Compatibility
The NOIZ Hub Series C plug-ins are supported on PCs running Windows 7 or higher, and Macs running macOS 10.14 and above. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in formats are available. An iLok account and iLok License Manager installation is required for authorisation — iLok Cloud, iLok USB keys (Gen 2 or Gen 3) and machine-based authorisation options are all supported.
Pricing & Availability
The NOIZ Hub Series C plug-ins are available now, and are currently (11 March 2025) being offered at an introductory price of $29.99 each, or $39.99 for both (reduced from $59.99 and $119.99 respectively). They are also included in KIT Plugins’ NOIZ Hub subscription, which is priced at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
