KIT Plugins have announced the launch of a new subscription service that provides users with access to their entire processing and effects plug-in collection. The service, named NOIZ Hub, has been released alongside the NOIZ One series, a new collection that currently contains three new simple one-knob processors.
NOIZ One
In addition to their existing plug-ins, many of which offer official recreations of Blackbird Studio’s enviable collection of vintage gear, the subscription includes some new processors that form a new NOIZ One series. There are currently three offerings in the new range, with more planned to be introduced in future updates, here’s what KIT Plugins have to say about them:
- NOIZ One D73: The D73 plug-in is inspired by the rich, vintage saturation of the BB N73 preamp, and offers a warm, musical tone that has shaped countless classic records. With just one knob, the D73 effortlessly adds harmonic complexity and character, making it perfect for bringing warmth and depth to vocals, guitars and other instruments. Whether you're aiming for subtle colouration or pushing the signal for a more pronounced saturation, the D73 delivers a streamlined rendition of the classic 1073. Experience the unmistakable warmth and character of vintage analogue gear, streamlined for your digital workflow.
- NOIZ One D105: Inspired by the preamp from the iconic BB N105 from KIT Plugins, the D105 plug-in brings that lush, smooth saturation right into your DAW. Renowned for its broad tonal range and precision, the 8078 has been a studio staple for years, and the D105 distills that classic saturation into a single, intuitive knob. This plug-in effortlessly adds richness, clarity, and the unmistakable warmth that has made the 31105 a favourite for top engineers and producers worldwide.
- NOIZ One D212: The D212 plug-in is inspired by the punchy, dynamic saturation of the BB A5 preamp. Known for its tight, focused low end, and smooth top end, this signature preamp adds depth, energy and clarity to drums, bass and other rhythm instruments. With a single knob, you can quickly dial in the legendary saturation that enhances the impact of your mixes, bringing the unmistakable tone of the BB A5 to your tracks with ease.
Subscription vs. Perpetual
KIT Plugins have published some information regarding the new subscription model along with some promises to subscribers and those who’d prefer to purchase perpetual licenses. Firstly, they say that the NOIZ Hub subscription will be launching with a subscribe-to-own policy: for every year that a user renews their subscription, they will be able to claim a perpetual license for one plug-in included in the subscription bundle. They’ve also stated that all plug-ins included in the subscription will remain there for as long as they are in production, and users’ prices will not increase so long as they maintain a continuous subscription. Finally, perpetual licenses for all of the company’s plug-ins will still be available to purchase independently of the new subscription.
Pricing & Availability
The NOIZ Hub subscription is available now, and is currently being offered as a single-tier membership for $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. It provides access to the entire suite of KIT Plugins (excluding KIT Drums) along with the first three plug-ins from the NOIZ One Series: the D73, D105 and D212.
