UVI’s rhythm and pattern instrument has just received a major update that introduces four new sound collections, a significantly expanded factory preset library and an all-new Keys category that’s been designed with expressive performance in mind. Available for the company’s UVI Workstation and Falcon platforms, Mosaiq 26 comes loaded with more styles and more sounds, and kits users out with the tools to create everything from ethereal atmospheres to club-ready grooves.
Mosaiq 26 delivers four new sound collections: Ethereal, Y2K, Broken Beats and French Club, each of which deliver a signature palette of sounds, chords and production-ready presets. The new arrivals span a huge range of sounds, broadening Mosaiq’s range while staying true to its fast and inspiring workflow. The update also includes over 800 exclusive new presets, more than 500 additional sound sources and adds 50 chord banks across all of the collections.
Another major new addition is the Keys category, which offers a set of dedicated keyboard-focused presets in every collection that UVI say are ideal for expressive playing, improvisation and musical ideas that don’t rely on a pattern-based workflow.
Compatibility
Mosaiq 26 Runs in UVI Workstation version 4.0.4+, and Falcon version 26.0.3+, which are supported on PCs running Windows 10 and above, and Macs running macOS 10.14 or higher. VST, VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available, along with standalone applications.
