In celebration of their 20th anniversary, British sample library and virtual instrument experts Zero G have released a special-edition version of one of their popular early products. Nostalgia Reborn brings together more than 4500 samples drawn from over four decades of electronic instruments, delivering an all-in-one genre-spanning collection that promises to fit into just about any modern production.
Originally crafted by the much-missed programmer synth enthusiast Steve Howell, Nostalgia brings together an array of classic instrument samples that Zero G say “represents over 40 years of electronic instrument history, distilled into one definitive Kontakt library.” The collection includes everything from lo-fi beatboxes to Prophet pads and strings, Moog basses and leads, electric pianos, quirky toy instruments and more, all of which come packaged in a new and improved Kontakt GUI.
