Emergence Audio have announced that Infinite Collection, their free demo pack that includes a curated selection of content from their acclaimed Infinite Motion sample library series, has just been treated to a significant update that introduces yet more content and a wider selection of presets.
Recognising that free offerings rarely reflect the true character of their paid counterparts, Emergence Audio say that they originally launched Infinite Collection to offer a genuine try-before-you-buy experience. Built using their IME 2.0 LITE engine, the collection is said to capture the core movement, tone and emotion of the company’s full libraries. As you’d expect, some advanced features remain exclusive to the full, paid libraries, but the free offering has been designed as a real-world tool rather than a ‘lite’ teaser.

Compatibility
Infinite Collection runs in Native Instruments’ free Kontakt Player version 6.7 or higher. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.
