The latest software offering from Softube brings together 16 of the company’s existing plug-ins into a single package aimed at mastering duties. Available via subscription, Flow Mastering Suite comes equipped with signal chains created by professional engineers and offers an all-in-one solution for adding the finishing touches to a track.
The package provides users with a master plug-in that hosts 16 individual processors, and centres around Flows’, a collection of pre-built processing chains created by top professional engineers. There’s instant control available over key parameters thanks to a set of macro controls along the top of the GUI, while more in-depth tweaking can be carried out by heading to the settings of each individual plug-in used in the Flow.
With Flow Mastering Suite installed, each of the plug-ins included in the package will also be available to use as separate plug-ins, and those who already own all of the plug-ins featured in a Flow will be able to use them within the master plug-in with no additional purchase necessary.
As you’d expect from a modern mastering plug-in, Flow Mastering Suite comes loaded with comprehensive metering facilities and is capable of setting target loudness levels, as well as allowing users to compare different settings while maintaining a consistent output level.
Softube are describing the software’s pricing model as a subscribe-to-own plan, and will award subscribers with credits each month that can be used to purchase perpetual licenses for the included plug-ins.
