World-famous recording college opens its doors on 22nd October
SAE, the world's largest network of audio colleges, has announced that their London, Glasgow and Liverpool centres will be open to the public between midday and 5pm on the 22nd October, allowing access to their studios and glimpses at the latest additions to audio facilities.
SAE specialise in audio subjects — offering a solid line-up of courses at a variety of levels — but they also deliver multimedia and film-making programmes, including 3D Animation, Web Design, Multimedia Arts and a Creative Media Masters.
Those who attend SAE Liverpool's open day will be among the first to see a new suite of Apple Mac machines, while those visiting their London college on the 22nd — which is located near Caledonian tube station — can see their new Neve 8816 summing mixer in action, alongside some new HD video and 3D animation equipment. Visitors to the Glasgow centre will get a look at two new studios, which house both analogue and digital recording systems in the form of a Studer A820 24-track tape recorder and Digidesign Pro Tools HD system.
During the open days, there will be demonstrations, tours and Q&A sessions for prospective students and their families. For further details, visit SAE's UK web site (click here).
