Despite being closely guarded, details of Korg’s new SV1 ‘Stage Vintage’ piano were recently leaked to various web sites. The SV1 features sampled electric and acoustic pianos and a collection of retro keyboard sounds, and is due to be officially released on Saturday, 12th September 2009. Also leaked were photos of Korg’s new Wavedrum and MicroSampler.

Sound On Sound have already managed to secure the only SV1 in the UK and will be publishing a full, hands-on review in the October 2009 edition of SOS. Covering five pages, the world exclusive review will be your first chance to read an in-depth appraisal of Korg’s new instrument.
