Lexicon release software update for PCM96

Lexicon have announced a software update for their PCM96 reverb processor, which makes its FireWire functionality compatible with Apple’s OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard operating system. The PCM96’s FireWire port allows the user to connect the reverb up to a Mac (sorry, PC users — this feature is still Mac-only) and control the reverb parameters from inside your DAW, as if it was a plug-in. Along with Snow Leopard compatibility, the new update also improves stability and reduces latency when the unit is being controlled via FireWire.
