Techivation T-Exciter exciter stereo width plug-in

Techivation have released T-Exciter, an exciter and stereo width processor which joins their growing list of plug-ins. Featuring four effects modes and following the same minimalist GUI design of their T-De-Esser and T-Clarity plug-ins, Techivation say that T-Exciter produces results quickly whilst letting users focus on creativity.

Techivation T-Exciter exciter stereo width plug-inTechivation's T-Exciter plug-in features a simple GUIA large central dial provides control over the amount of processing applied, with input and output controls present to maintain gain structure. Four different effects modes are available, Shine, Air, Wet, and Crisp, and a width control allows manipulation of the stereo image. Finally, a parallel processing option is available thanks to the inclusion of a wet/dry mix control.

Users are able to compare settings via an A/B switch, and the plug-in also features its own undo and redo options. The GUI has been optimised for high-resolution monitors and is also scalable, offering adjustment from 80 to 150%.

T-Exciter is available for Windows 7 and above in the VST and VST3 formats (32 and 64-bit), and as a 64-bit AAX (compatible with Pro Tools 11 and above). In terms of Apple compatibility, OS X versions 10.11 (El Capitan) through to macOS 11.6 (Big Sur) are supported, with VST, VST3, AU and AAX formats available. The plug-in also features native support for Apple’s M1 and M2 processors.

T-Exciter is available now for an introductory price of $29 until July 30th 2022, after which it will be priced at $39.
