Eventide have launched a modern recreation of Music Mouse, a music-creation program originally designed in the 1980s by composer and technologist Laurie Spiegel. 

Recorded during the sessions for the developer's Panorama Acoustic Kontakt library, Pure Nylon delivers the same warm tone and musical detail, but reimagined for Soundbox’s MPE-capable platform.

Established in December 2025 with the aim of creating interactive, “vibe-driven” plug-ins, the company already have two products available: Cloud Guitar and Aurora, both of which have been developed with a focus on emotional experience. 

Blueprints serves as inspiration for new song ideas and providing raw materials to sample or extract parts from, while Layers provides creators with professional, mix-ready instrument performances that adapt to a track’s structure, key and tempo.
