To mark their 10th anniversary, French analogue-modelling experts Arturia have released a limited edition software bundle called the 10 Year Suite. It comprises eight virtual instruments in total, including recreations of the Minimoog, the Moog Modular, the Yamaha CS80, the ARP 2600, the Roland Jupiter 8 and Sequential Circuits’ Prophet 5 and Prophet VS.
This arsenal of synths, plus Arturia's Analogue Factory and Brass, which are also included, will empower computer users with sounds to fit pretty much any genre, and literally thousands of presets to develop and customise.
The software synths in the 10 Year Suite run on Macs and PCs, either in stand-alone mode or as plug-ins inside VST, Audio Units and RTAS DAW hosts. The bundle costs 549 Euros, which was £470 at the time of writing.
