Major label no longer owned by Terra Firma
News agency Reuters has just reported that New York finance company Citigroup Inc have taken control of UK major label EMI.
EMI will apparently maintain its current management structure, but is now completely independent of its previous owners Terra Firma, the British private-equity firm chaired by Guy Hands.
