Press Release: British Manufacturer D.A.V. Electronics has announced the release of the D.A.V. Electronics Monitor a low noise monitoring controller with 3 balanced input sources, 1 unbalanced input source and 2 output destinations.
The D.A.V. Electronics Monitor is extremely easy to use with clearly labelled controls and a logical workflow. Three balanced stereo inputs are included at the back via XLR while a stereo mini-jack input is provided at the front to monitor mp3 playback devices or phones. Each input can be assigned to the A or B sources and can be monitored independently through the A/B selector switch or by selecting the Source directly on the A and B source selector.
The main Monitor Level control lets you set the overall output level of the two balanced stereo outs which can be selected via the Output select switch. A Mono button sums the signal to mono to easily check for phase issues while a mute button is included to bypass the monitor outputs and monitor through the two high-quality headphone outputs.
The D.A.V. Electronics Monitor is surprisingly flexible and easy to use and provides extremely low noise and low distortion operation.
