Ginger Audio have released the latest version of their powerful Mac-based monitor control software, delivering an array of new features aimed at both stereo and immersive setups. Sphere V2 supports all major DAWs, and has been designed to provide users with a streamlined, software-based monitor control solution that simplifies speaker control, calibration and communication.

- Refined User Interface.
- GroundControl Fusion: combine multiple audio interfaces into a single output to expand your channel count for comprehensive Atmos setups.
- Authentic Audio: Real-time online collaboration directly from Sphere or as a plug-in.
- GroundControl LINK Plugin: Low-latency audio routing between DAWs and Sphere.
- Expanded bass management and speaker calibration means that up to four subwoofers are now supported.
- iRenderer is now integrated into the software’s new downmix outputs, and the company have introduced a Dolby Direct fold-down option.
- Continued support of third-party plug-ins or built-in tools for speaker calibration, room simulation, metering and downmixing.
- Continued support of control monitor functions via StreamDeck, EUCON, MIDI, OSC controllers, or the Sphere Connect iOS and Android app.
Compatibility
Sphere V2 is supported on Macs running macOS 10.14 or higher.
