HeadRush Pedalboard now available

New hardware sporting Eleven processing out now

You may recall hearing about the new HeadRush guitar effects brand from Akai’s parent company, InMusic, around the time of Winter NAMM earlier this year. Well, with Summer NAMM almost upon us, the company’s first product, the HeadRush Pedalboard is now shipping worldwide.

The HeadRush Pedalboard is an all-in-one amp and effects modeller featuring quad-core DSP processing and exclusive Eleven HD Expanded software designed by the creators of the Eleven amp modelling plug-in for Pro Tools. The unit promises a wide range of vintage and modern amps and effects, plus a fully featured 20-minute looper, but the most eye-catching feature is the seven-inch touchscreen, which supports drag-and-drop and a range of other gesture controls. The Pedalboard's dozen footswitches have mini OLED displays too and the HeadRush Pedalboard promises ‘gapless’ preset switching with no annoying delay between one sound and the next. It’s available now, priced at $1199£899.99.
