Universal Audio’s Voice Of God now native

Little Labs emulation now available to all

Universal Audio UAD Little Labs Voice Of God Bass Resonance VOG plug-in

The latest Universal Audio plug-in to become available outside of the company’s DSP-powered UAD2 platform has just been announced, making yet another of their acclaimed processors available to all.

Little Labs Voice Of God Bass Resonance is an official recreation of Little Labs’ 500-series module, a tool that was originally designed to bolster voiceover and vocal recordings. It soon became a popular choice for other low-end processing duties, such as adding weight to kick drums or basslines, and was treated to a UAD emulation in 2011. Until now, it’s been available exclusively for Apollo (or UAD Satellite systems), but thanks to the introduction of the new version, it can now be used natively without the need for Universal Audio hardware.

Key Features

  • Add size and weight to kick drums, bass, 808s, vocals and other sources.
  • Make the low end of any mix more precise, tight and punchy.
  • Dial in the exact bass frequencies that any track requires.
  • Add resonance and ‘heft’ to vocals so they sound more authoritative.
  • Now available with or without an Apollo interface.

“We’re thrilled to bring this iconic analog processor to customers everywhere. This plug-in is a favourite of Apollo customers, and now music creators everywhere can tune low end in their mixes with confidence.” - Lev Perrey, VP of Product, Universal Audio

Compatibility

Little Labs Voice Of God Bass Resonance is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or higher, and Macs running macOS 10.15 and above. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.
