Rode have announced the launch of Streamer X, an all-in-one streaming solution that combines a professional audio interface, video capture card and control surface.
Building on the success of their RodeCaster Pro podcasting studio, the Streamer X allows capture of broadcast-quality audio and video using a single device. Its compact user-friendly design is designed to simplify the process of producing high-quality multimedia content, while offering unmatched control and creative flexibility.
The Streamer X supports up to 4K30 video capture and 4K60 pass-through capabilities, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and features an integrated wireless receiver for Rode Series IV wireless microphones including the Wireless GO II and Wireless ME. Rode have designed the Streamer X to be a versatile tool for streaming, gaming, video podcasting and more.
It features an array of professional-grade features, including a Neutrik combination jack / XLR input, ultra-low-noise Revolution Preamp for pristine audio quality, internal DSP for advanced audio processing and four customizable SMART pads for triggering sounds and effects.
The Streamer X also includes dual USB-C interfaces for connecting to multiple devices and is compatible with the UNIFY streaming software for enhanced audio routing and configuration.
The Streamer X's back panel features an HDMI video input and thru, XLR / jack combo audio inputs, quarter-inch TRS and eighth-inch TRRS headphone jacks, as well as three USB-C ports for hosting other devices and power.
