Maschine combines software with a hardware-based workflow inspired by classic grooveboxes. 16 multi-color pads, a master push encoder, and eight display knobs provide control of all software features with tactile immediacy. Maschine 2 software delivers a pattern-based sequencer, high-performance sampler, and studio instruments and effects. The software also features five exclusive drum synth plug-ins capable of a wide range of sounds – all fully-adjustable and automatable directly from Maschine's hardware.
