Sound Particles have announced the release of an update that kits out their innovative delay plug-in with an array of new features. Capable of everything from enhancing music productions to designing spatial effects and creating immersive cinematic textures, inDelay 1.5 promises to deliver yet more power, precision and inspiration.
What’s New?
The new update brings a whole host of new features to inDelay, including:
- Aux Mode: Makes it possible to lock the Dry/Wet balance while navigating presets. Especially helpful when using inDelay on an auxiliary bus.
- Low & High Cut Filters: Sculpt the sound of delays using new built-in filters
- Air Filter Boosted: Exaggerate the Air Filters to achieve the perfect delay sound.
- Filter & Movement Link: Link filter and movement changes to all taps/channels, or customise each individually for detailed control.
- Swing & Sync Time Fine-Tuning: Give a human-touch feeling to delays.
- Linear/Gauss Curve Editor: Create fantastic sounds with up to 100 delays using special distributions.
- New Presets: New presets inspired by real-world spaces help to jump-start creativity.
- Improved Performance & UI Enhancements: Enjoy a smoother, more intuitive interface and optimised performance across all major DAWs.

Compatibility
inDelay is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or higher, and Macs running macOS 10.15 and above. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.

inDelay 1.5 is available now, and is a free update to all existing users. A new license is currently (16 May 2025) being offered at a discounted price of $149£95.08 including VAT.
