Techivation have released a free version of their T-Puncher plug-in, offering users a simplified way to control and shape transients using a single knob.
T-Puncher Free features the main Punchiness control of the original plug-in, whilst omitting the advanced settings and controls such as switchable sound character modes, filtering and saturation functions. Input and output level controls are still present, as is the A/B comparison functionality and undo/redo functions. As with the fully-featured version, the plug-in’s GUI is scalable from 80 to 150%.
Compatibility
T-Puncher Free is available in VST, VST3, AU and AAX formats, and is supported on Windows 7 and above, as well as macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) and above. It also natively supports Apple’s M1/M2 processors.
