Sound-design experts BOOM Library have just launched a new and improved library that improves upon one of their most popular legacy titles.
Cinematic Metal (Remastered) revisits one of the company’s earliest releases, and includes a vast collection of metallic hits that have been gracing the sessions of top sound designers for the past two decades. The new Remastered version is said to deliver a sharper, cleaner and more user-friendly version of the library that has been refreshed to meet the demands of modern productions.
What’s New?
- Filenames follow current UCS conventions.
- Updated stereo versions of the original files.
- All variations consolidated into a single long file for streamlined browsing and consistency with other Boom Libraries.
- Removal of P3 sounds.
- Systematically de-noised and gain-aligned to reduce prep time in post.
- Updated metadata for faster, more accurate searches.
Cinematic Metal — Construction Kit is available in two versions: Designed, which includes a set of mixed and processed sounds that are ready to drop into a project; and Construction Kit, which provides users with all of the raw, mostly unedited and unprocessed sounds. There’s also a bundle that contains both at a reduced price.
