GForce launch Oddity3

ARP Odyssey emulation gains new features

GForce Software Oddity3 ARP Odyssey software synthesizer emulation modelled

GForce Software have today released the Oddity3 software synthesizer. This rebuild of their multi-award-winning ARP Odyssey recreation features an improved audio engine, a powerful new Preset Browser loaded with over 250 additional presets, new effects, and expanded performance features such as velocity and polyphonic aftertouch.

Designed to provide the sound and character of the original instrument, Oddity3 features authentic models of all three filters and two syncable oscillators, along with accurate recreations of the ring modulator, AR and ASDR envelopes, and much more. GForce say they have spent countless hours ensuring the updated instrument still provides a faithful and accurate recreation of the legendary synthesizer.

GForce have implemented new features and improvements with each version of the instrument, introducing features such as polyphonic playability, a tuneable sub oscillator, on-board effects, and voice panning. Oddity3 is no exception, and benefits from enhancements such as programmable macro controls, a Vintage parameter that introduces analogue-style imperfections, new distortion and reverb effects, along with velocity and polyphonic aftertouch capability.
