Mokafix Kung Fuzz and No Amp

Two new guitar effects plug-ins
Mokafix Audio have released two new Windows-only VST plug-ins designed to produce similar sounds to a pair of famous stomp boxes. Famed for its raw distortion tones, the Arbiter Fuzzface was used by many a renowned guitarist, including Jimi Hendrix. Taking this pedal as a starting point, Mokafix have designed Kung Fuzz. The plug-in features an auto-biasing algorithm, which adjusts the asymmetry of the waveform as the gain is increased, a phenomenon that occurs in the real pedal.
Joining the Kung Fuzz is the No Amp amp-simulator VST plug-in, which resembles the Tech 21 Sans Amp pedal. Another virtual stomp box, No Amp features three amplifier settings, three gain modification settings and three microphone positions. Four knobs at the top provide gain, level and EQ for fine-tuning your sound. Both VSTs are very reasonably priced, with Kung Fuzz costing 9 Euros and No Amp being entirely free. Both are available from Mokafix’s web site.
